Newland acts as broker to companies with or seeking a quotation on the London markets, either on AIM or the Official List. We also place pre IPO money for companies from raising funds through our extensive contact base, whether through sophisticated investors, institutions or venture capitalists.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that they communicate regularly and effectively with their shareholders and the broader market.

For our corporate clients we manage the after-market in their shares by maintaining long term investor interest and momentum, as opposed to flurries of activity around corporate deals and fund raisings.
